Well, two books really. There is a TON of information on essential oils on the internet. You can start googling now and basically never finish.
Maybe I am old-fashioned, but I still like a good book I can hold in my hands. So if you are looking for a good resource on essential oils that doesn’t cause eye strain, I recommend to try these.
The author does a great job to stick to the facts and explain concepts in an understandable way. She also offers great recipes to try at home. Essential oils are an investment in wellness! We should get the most out of them as possible, and these books help to do just that.
One of her recipes she calls “Happy” is terrific way to start the day! In a diffuser, add cold water and 2 drops each of Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, and Orange. Enjoy!
